Jackson opened The Coastal Agency alongside his sister Lauren with a simple but uncommon conviction: that insurance should feel personal, not transactional. That conviction shows up in everything the agency does. Agents who actually answer the phone. Coverage conversations that go beyond the policy. Referrals to other trusted local professionals when the situation calls for it. Jackson understands that when a client walks through the door, they're not just buying insurance — they're entrusting someone with the things they've worked hardest to protect.

Jackson is a founding member of The Greater Nassau Rotary Club, an active Affiliate Member of the Amelia Island Nassau County Association of Realtors, and the 2021 Affiliate of the Year. In 2019, the Nassau County Chamber of Commerce named him Young Business Leader of the Year — recognition that reflects not just his professional standing, but the kind of neighbor and community member he is.

Off the clock, you'll find him on the golf course, cooking, or enjoying time with his family.

A Fernandina Beach native, Davin knows this community— the neighborhoods, the people, the things that matter most to the families who call this place home. That local instinct, combined with a natural warmth and a genuine love for the work, makes her exactly the kind of advisor you want in your corner.

Davin brings the kind of attention to detail that clients notice immediately — the follow-through on the small things, the thoroughness in reviewing coverage, the way she makes a complicated process feel completely manageable. When off the clock, you can find Davin at the beach, a local coffee shop, or perusing the downtown farmer’s market in search of inspiration for her next recipe.

Rex is the designated “Office Dog” and VP of Power naps at The Coastal Agency. Duties include but are not limited to: being adorable, welcoming guests, eating lunch leftovers, snoring loudly enough for the neighbors to hear and providing comic relief for employees.

When not at the office, you can find Rex enjoying a sunny porch or closely following behind the children in his family, ensuring crumbs never hit the floor.

With over 40 years in the insurance industry, Annette brings a depth of knowledge that's hard to come by. A former Commercial Lines Account Manager, she's held a wide range of roles throughout her career — and has seen just about everything this industry has to offer.

When Annette relocated to Amelia Island in 2022, she found herself working with our own Callie to insure her new home. What started as a client relationship eventually turned into something more — because after a lifetime of meaningful work, retirement left Annette ready for a little more. More conversation, more purpose, more of the kind of work that actually matters.

Annette joins us three days a week, and in that time she manages to keep the whole operation running smoothly — all while making sure every person who walks through our door feels genuinely welcome.

Off the clock, Annette enjoys singing with her husband and performing as a duet at various local venues. She also loves supporting other musicians, dining at local restaurants and hopes to play more golf soon!
