Brightway Insurance - SMS Terms of Use:

  • When opted-in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your provided telephone number from Brightway Insurance, LLC and its affiliates and franchisees. These messages may include transactional messages about your existing insurance policies with Brightway Insurance, as well as marketing messages regarding the renewal of your existing policies and the purchase of new policies, as well as other products and services offered by Brightway.

  • You can opt-out of this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number. After you text “STOP” to us, we may send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or visit https://brightway.com/texting

  • If you have consented to receive messages from Brightway Insurance, you have agreed to receive automated marketing text messages that could be sent from an automated telephone dialing system to the phone number you provided to us, and if you provided your consent you authorized us to send you text messages to the provided number even if you and your number are listed on any federal, state or corporate Do-Not-Call lists. Your consent is not required for the purchase of insurance policies or any other products or services.
