Brightway Insurance - SMS Terms of Use:

  • When opted-in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your provided telephone number from Brightway Insurance. These messages may include transactional messages about your existing insurance policies with Brightway Insurance, as well as marketing messages regarding the renewal of your existing policies and the purchase of new policies, as well as other products and services offered by Brightway.

    • o [Brightway Marketing (866) 619-9911 and 278929]: Brightway will send messages marketing additional coverage and insurance services. Message frequency will vary.

      o [Brightway Marketing (888) 703-3660]: Brightway will engage in a conversation to help answer your policy related questions. Message frequency will vary.

  • You can opt-out of this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number. After you text “STOP” to us, we may send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or visit https://brightway.com/texting

  • If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at processing@brightway.com and 1-888-254-5014.

  • If you have consented to receive messages from Brightway Insurance, you have agreed to receive automated marketing text messages that could be sent from an automated telephone dialing system to the phone number you provided to us, and if you provided your consent you authorized us to send you text messages to the provided number even if you and your number are listed on any federal, state or corporate Do-Not-Call lists. Your consent is not required for the purchase of insurance policies or any other products or services.

  • We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
