Brightway invented the "you sell, we service" model—now, we’re innovating again with the first performance-based insurance franchise model. The more you grow, the more you earn.
Launch and grow your agency with Brightway’s comprehensive support services, proprietary Fusion technology, and dedicated producer recruitment program—or become an apprentice for an established Brightway agency.
Each quarter, you’ll be eligible to earn Preferred and Elite status, which unlocks additional benefits and resources for your agency.
Franchise Fee: $25,000
Get StartedPay $10,000 up-front, sell 500 New Business policies and have at least 3 producers within your first 12 months of operation and the remainder of the franchise fee will be forgiven.*
*If New Business policy goal or staffing requirement not met, monthly payments will begin in the 13th month of operation, paid in 60 installments of $416.67. Total financed franchise fee is $35,000.
Join our Apprentice Program and work for an existing Brightway agency. If you write at least 165 New Business policies during your year-long apprenticeship, you'll be eligible to start your own Brightway agency with no franchise fee to pay.
