Insurance veteran, Brian Crumbaker, brings a better way to buy insurance to San Diego County, Calif.

CARLSBAD, CALIF. — Residents in San Diego County, Calif., soon will experience a better way to buy insurance for their homes, valuables, vehicles and more. Veteran Insurance Executive and now Brightway Insurance Agency Owner, Brian Crumbaker, will open Brightway, The Crumbaker Agency on Monday, Aug. 13, in Carlsbad. While the brand is still new to California, Crumbaker’s Agency is the company’s fourth agency in the Golden State.

Crumbaker comes to Brightway with 20 years’ property casualty experience at Progressive, Kemper and Travelers. He spent the last eight years as the Chief Executive Officer of a large national direct-to-consumer retailer. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Vermont in Burlington, Vt., a Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University in Cleveland, Ohio, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, Calif. He and wife, Lorrie, who’ll be joining him at Brightway, have been married 23 years and have three children. The Crumbakers are members of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Carlsbad. In his off-time, Crumbaker enjoys playing golf, walking their golden retriever and other leisure activities. As a Brightway Agency Owner, he looks forward to serving his community and providing peace of mind to consumers.
