JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Brightway Insurance today graduated its newest class of insurance professionals from Brightway’s Service Center training program, marking the start of their insurance careers. The extensive training program prepares new Insurance Service Center Customer Service Representatives to provide industry-leading service to customers.

As Brightway grows its book of business, so does the need to have more Customer Service Representatives with diversified skillsets. Today’s graduates are pioneers because they are the first group to focus on Auto lines rather than Homeowners.

Brightway trains representatives on handling customer calls and guides new hires through the licensure process. Additionally, the company covers the licensure fee for new hires, so they are licensed insurance professionals ready to hit the ground running once they complete the course.

The three-phase program includes five weeks of training, one week of licensing and three weeks of nesting, where representatives take calls with assistance from seasoned team members.

Brightway’s goal is to provide its customers with a world-class customer experience, letting Franchise Owners enjoy industry-leading retention rates as they build their businesses.

As one of the largest property/casualty independent insurance agencies in the United States and one of Northeast Florida’s fastest growing companies, Brightway is always seeking top talent to fill its ranks of Insurance Professionals and is currently recruiting to fill its next class scheduled to start March 5, 2018.

As a growing business, there are many opportunities for Customer Service Reps to move into other roles throughout the 240-person Home Office.
