Jared Anderson is a seasoned executive specializing in customer experience design and transformation. As the Chief Client Experience Officer at Brightway Insurance, he leads teams responsible for the experience, engagement and loyalty of our agents and clients.
Prior to Brightway, Jared held a variety of executive-level roles spanning the consumer, commercial, and service industries. Previously, at Surest, a United Healthcare Company, Jared established centralized member operations and service technology, which significantly boosted member engagement, growth, and retention. At Carlson Wagonlit Travel, he managed global client experience and strategic analytics, leading to substantial revenue growth and cost savings. At Best Buy, he directed enterprise customer experience insight and improvement efforts, developing an experience management platform and leading integrated-channel improvements for thousands of retail and service agents. Jared holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a focus on Applied Statistics from Gustavus Adolphus College.
