Dan Lewis

Dan joins Brightway from Farmers Insurance where he was most recently their Head of Exclusive Agency Operations. In this role Dan was responsible for all top- and bottom-line results for the Exclusive Agency Channel, including agency appointment and contracting, compensation and incentive programs, new agency development programs, agency acquisition and merger oversight, and much more.

Prior to Brightway, Dan held positions of increasing responsibility with Farmers, dedicating nearly 20 years to leading the company’s agents in applying data and analytics to improve new business sales, retention, market share growth and agency experience results. Dan began his career in the banking and financial services sector with Charles Schwab, Bank One and Jackson National Life Insurance.
