Farley obtained his B.A. in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal Justice from Norfolk State University. Over the past 25 years, he has gained extensive experience in management and sales, specializing in the automotive industry in the Hampton Roads, VA, market. As a General Manager, Farley achieved significant milestones:

• He created a work environment that made Customer Service a priority which resulted in returning customers for years and years.
• He led his Team to surpass monthly sales goals which resulted in a 30% increase in revenue within the first quarter.
• Implemented effective training programs that enhanced the Sales Team's skills and overall performance.
• Effectively managed inventory levels that lowered costs by 15%.

Farley and his wife Tonya, also a graduate of Norfolk State University, are proud parents to three exceptional children: Marcellis, Maya and MaKayla. Farley actively supports Norfolk State University as a member of the Alumni Association and the Norfolk State University Athletic Foundation. Previously, He served on the board of The Boys and Girls Club of Hampton Roads and the City of Chesapeake Bikes and Trail Committee.

Farley enjoys cooking, fishing, and traveling with his family. He is also a licensed amateur boxing referee and a proud member of Raider Nation. Coming from a large, loving family led by his late parents, William and Beatrice Perkins, he cherishes gatherings during holidays and birthdays.
