As the CEO of SDJ Operations LLC, I have led efforts in acquiring, developing, and selling residential properties, successfully managing a diverse portfolio along the way. Prior to joining Brightway, I worked as an Account Manager at Goosehead Insurance Agency, where I was honored to be recognized among the top 1% of P&C insurance agents. My focus has always been on securing the best coverage for clients and simplifying complex insurance decisions. Additionally, my career has included key leadership roles, where I built strong teams and navigated complex HR challenges.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my amazing girlfriend and our two beloved dogs, who bring energy and joy into my life. My personal and professional experiences have shaped me into a dedicated and client-focused professional, ready to take on the exciting journey of owning a Brightway Agency.
