John has been an insurance professional since 2001. He opened his eponymous full-service John Wiltshire Agency, after working as a producer and client relations executive for the largest family-owned insurance brokerage in America. In 2019, the John Wiltshire Agency joined forces with City & Shire Agency Inc. and is now fully incorporated in C&S. Apart from his obvious experience in the insurance business, John brings with him an empathetic and insightful point of view.

Alicia has worked alongside John from the beginning as a customer service representative. She later became a licensed agent in Massachusetts, New York and Connecticut, opening City & Shire Insurance Agency in May of 2019. As President of the company, Alicia handles the day-to-day operations, standard lines, marketing and customer service.
