A Muskegon, Michigan native, Ethan Flores is dedicated to helping individuals and families protect what matters most. A graduate of Fruitport High School, Ethan continued his education at Davenport University, where he studied Business Management while competing in collegiate football and track. He later gave back to the sports that shaped him by coaching football and track, mentoring young athletes on discipline, teamwork, and perseverance.
Ethan brings more than three years of insurance experience, serving in management roles focused on coaching, teaching, and developing high-performing teams while delivering exceptional customer service. He believes insurance is about more than coverage — it’s about trust, guidance, and being there when people need it most.
Raised in a competitive and close-knit family with four brothers, Ethan learned the value of hard work and accountability early in life. He is also proud to be part of his family’s restaurant, Cadena Bros in Fruitport, Michigan, where community, service, and strong relationships are at the heart of everything they do. In addition, Ethan is the co-owner of the West Michigan Ironmen, reflecting his ongoing commitment to leadership, teamwork, and investing in his local community.
Ethan carries the memory of his daughter in his heart every day, which fuels his purpose to serve his community with compassion, integrity, and genuine care.
