Welcome to Brightway Insurance, The Michael Boarts Agency! I'm Michael Boarts, the proud owner of this agency. With over 3 years of experience in the insurance industry and a background in healthcare, drivers’ education, and dog training, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals and businesses find the right coverage to protect what matters most to them.

My journey

My passion for insurance started after a personal family disaster. My father and my brother were involved in a fatal semi-trucking accident. Tragically, my older brother didn’t survive. My father was airlifted to the nearest metro hospital with life-threatening injuries. After that experience, my father was sued by all drivers and occupants involved in the accident, including those indirectly affected. The damage was long-lasting and has devastated my family to this day. My father did not have adequate coverage and was sued for over 5 million dollars due to a lack of proper protection. Witnessing firsthand the ripple effect of this tragedy on my family, I knew I couldn’t let what happened to us happen to anyone else. Since then, I've worked tirelessly to build a reputation for providing personalized, trustworthy, and reliable insurance solutions.

Outside of work, I enjoy camping, traveling to new places like Colorado, California, and Texas, creating new memories with my wife and two daughters, hiking in the woods, going to the beach, and playing Pokémon with my oldest son. This balance helps me stay grounded and focused on providing the best service to my clients.
