Chris has lived and worked in the New Orleans area for 14 years.

When Chris isn't in the office he enjoys listening to and playing music, watching football and teaching his daughter to play the piano. He launched his Brightway - The Schmidt Family Agency in 2016 and has been committed to providing the highest quality service and expertise from initial contact to policy service and beyond.

Carl is a New Orleans Native who graduated from Archbishop Rummell and The University of New Orleans. He has a lifelong passion for music and performing live with several local bands.

Carl has one special cat named “Olive.”

He’s been with Brightway, The Schmidt Family Agency, for 4 years and loves leading his team to success with the highest level of customer care and satisfaction.

Brock is a New Orleans native and loves spending time with his family.

He’s an avid sports fan and really enjoys watching the Saints, the Pelicans and the Astros.

When Brock is not working to provide top tier customer service and satisfaction he loves a great game of golf or some fishing. Brock has been on the Brightway team for almost 2 years and continues to reach personal and agency records.

Kyle has been working in customer relations and sales for more than five years. He finds joy in being of service to his clients and making sure that he finds the best coverage for their needs and budget. 

Kyle is an avid sports fan. He enjoys following The New Orleans Saints, The Pelicans and The San Francisco Giants. He enjoys hanging with and caring for his little brother. Together they take on TopGolf, the newest Marvel Movies and working out together.
