  • Who do I call if I would like to buy a new policy?

    Please call my office directly using the phone number that appears at the bottom of this web page. You can also request a quote online We will get to work with you right away, researching the broad array of insurance companies we are proud to represent.

  • Who do I call to get replacement ID cards?

    You may call your insurance company directly or visit their website. You can also submit a request to our Customer Service Department

  • Who do I contact to renew my policy?

    When your policy comes up for renewal, you will receive information from your insurance company. Please read your renewal materials carefully and send the payment to the address indicated by the due date. When you do this, your policy will renew. If you have questions about the status of your renewal policy, please contact our Customer Service Department

  • I bought multiple policies from Brightway, each one from a different insurance company. Who do I contact for service?

    That's part of the beauty of being a Brightway customer—you only need to contact one Service Department for service on any policy you buy through me, your Brightway Agent. We look forward to serving you.
