A Licensed Insurance Agent and Realtor, Janet is proud that her family is part of the Brightway family. She and her family are committed to staying active in the Palm Harbor community by participating in a number of activities--Chamber of Commerce meetings, car shows for charity, Autos for Autism, and Toys for Tots—to name a few. They also happily support local schools. 

Janet and Tim Sr. have been married for more than 35 years. They have two sons and five grandchildren

Janet enjoys gardening, traveling, reading and crafting. And, she dreams of touring the British Isles.

A Pinellas County resident for over 44 years, Tim has always enjoyed the opportunity to help people lead safer, more secure lives. He strongly believes in treating people the way he would want to be treated.

Before joining Brightway, he retired from Liberty Mutual after 30 plus years where he received the Lifetime Membership in the Liberty Mutual Sales Hall of Fame and managed the Liberty Mutual Palm Harbor office for over 22 years. 

Tim is very proud of the work his agency does to provide customers with the peace of mind that comes from knowing you are properly protected. 

James started his insurance career in 2007 with Liberty Mutual where he learned the importance of providing excellent service to his clients. He left Liberty Mutual in 2008 to open the Brightway, The Harrington Agency with his brother Tim Jr. and their mother, Janet. While James is an insurance expert, his true differentiator is his deep knowledge of the community. He brings both together in ways that unique meet his customers’ needs.
