A Licensed Insurance Agent and Realtor, Janet is proud that her family is part of the Brightway family. She and her family are committed to staying active in the Palm Harbor community by participating in a number of activities--Chamber of Commerce meetings, car shows for charity, Autos for Autism, and Toys for Tots—to name a few. They also happily support local schools. 

Janet and Tim Sr. have been married for more than 35 years. They have two sons and five grandchildren

Janet enjoys gardening, traveling, reading and crafting. And, she dreams of touring the British Isles.

A Pinellas County resident for over 44 years, Tim has always enjoyed the opportunity to help people lead safer, more secure lives. He strongly believes in treating people the way he would want to be treated.

Before joining Brightway, he retired from Liberty Mutual after 30 plus years where he received the Lifetime Membership in the Liberty Mutual Sales Hall of Fame and managed the Liberty Mutual Palm Harbor office for over 22 years. 

Tim is very proud of the work his agency does to provide customers with the peace of mind that comes from knowing you are properly protected. 

James began his insurance career with Liberty Mutual in 2007, where he quickly learned that great insurance is about more than policies—it’s about taking care of people. In 2008, he teamed up with his brother, Tim Jr., and their mother, Janet, to open Brightway, The Harrington Agency, turning insurance into a true family business.

With nearly two decades of experience and strong ties to the local community, James knows insurance inside and out. He enjoys getting to know his customers, making coverage easy to understand, and helping families protect the things they’ve worked hard for—without making insurance feel complicated or boring.

James has been married to his wife, Kendra, since 2012, and they have two children. When he’s not helping customers, you’ll usually find him spending time with his family, relaxing at the beach, boating, or loudly cheering on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Go Bucs!
