Tarchan joined Brightway, The Tarchan Agency in 2023. A resident of North Lauderdale, he is dedicated to helping clients get the right coverage that protects what they care about most. Tarchan began his career as an economic analyst and ended up as a Call Center Manager. He excelled at the achievement of revenue goals, which gave him valuable experiences in assessing people’s behaviors and wants. Tarchan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Florida licenses in Property and Casualty and Health, Life and Annuity which allowed him to easily assess customer’s needs and provide support beyond their expectations.

In his free time, Tarchan enjoys reading and participating in community activities. He is a member of the Tamarac North Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce and the TNL Woodmont Business Group.
