Tom is a third-generation insurance professional who earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. He graduated from Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts, with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance. Tom spent six years on the insurance carrier side in both Personal and Commercial underwriting roles prior to moving to the agency side in 2001. Working directly with individuals, families and business owners has always been his first desire and being a Brightway Agency Owner allows Tom to offer choice to his clients. Tom is a welcoming LGBTQ ally.

Outside the office, Tom enjoys family time with his wife and daughter, working out at the gym, outdoor activities on the tennis and pickleball courts or ski slopes, relaxing at the beach, and traveling.

Troy’s well-rounded expertise allows him to advocate for his clients with a level of precision and foresight that only decades in the industry can provide. As a Palm Beach County native who has lived in South Florida his entire life, Troy is intimately familiar with the area and the insurance marketplace.  He is also an avid mountain biker who also enjoys going to the gym, playing golf and paddle boarding.
