Meet Your Carlucci Agency Brightway Insurance Team

Matt was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. He attended the University of Central Florida for his first two years and then finished his Political Science degree at the University of North Florida. 

Matt has 12 years of insurance experience, and his focus is always on making insurance easy to shop for, buy, and understand. This personal approach earns Matt fiercely loyal customers. 

Matt’s hobbies include spending time with his wife Lauren, oldest son Matthew and daughter Lilly Kate, fly fishing, and learning to speak new languages. He is currently becoming fluent in Italian, and trying to learn more French and German.

 

A Jacksonville native, Joe received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of North Florida. With over 10 years of insurance experience, he thrives on giving honest and professional advice to new and existing clients.

Joe and his wife Victoria love to travel. Recent trips have been to Hawaii (where Victoria was raised), Switzerland, Italy, Norway, Greece, and France. Their favorite part of every trip is getting lost and finding their way back! 

Joe and Victoria live in the Miramar area and enjoy taking their son who's a year old to San Marco to explore. Their favorite place to eat is Pizza Palace – where they had their very first date.

A Jacksonville native, Justin graduated from Wolfson High School and attended the University of North Florida for his undergraduate studies. With over six years of insurance experience, he loves helping customers understand details of their coverage and the importance of a comprehensive insurance policy with a good company.

Justin loves any athletic activity, including going to the gym and playing basketball. He is also a huge Jacksonville Jaguar fan and regularly attends home games. 

He and his wife Jamie love animals and foster pets. They also lend a helping hand to First Coast No More Homeless Pets. They are expecting their first child in 2018, and could not be more excited to begin the journey of parenthood.

Born in North Carolina and raised in Jacksonville, Jessica comes to Brightway with a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences and three years of customer service experience.

She recognizes Brightway’s growth and family-like work environment, and she looks forward to serving as the account manager of The Carlucci Agency. With knowledge, patience, and love for making someone’s day, she will help educate customers on making policy purchases that best suit their needs.

In her spare time, Jessica loves riding on ATVs with her family, hiking, and travelling.
