Born and raised in Martin County, Vincent graduated from Martin County High School in 1998 and attended Florida Atlantic University. Determined to work with Tony, Vincent completed his license requirements and began his successful career at Brightway Insurance. 

Vincent is a member of the Stuart/Martin Chamber of Commerce, Business Networking International (BNI) and the Martin County Board of Realtors. 

Vincent’s commitment to finding customers the coverage they need and deserve has earned him a dedicated following. As a result, in 2014, he was the most successful Insurance Agent in the Brightway system. 

Vincent and his wife Chessa live in Martin County with their two children.

Adam has been the Designated Agency Principle / Agency Partner of Treasure Coast Insurance Partners since August of 2024.  From January of 2021 to August of 2024, Adam was the Senior Sales Producer for TCIP.  Prior to Brightway, Adam spent just shy of 15 years as Vice President of Franchise Development for Filta Environmental Kitchen Solutions where he educated, motivated and developed aspiring entrepreneurs into successful franchise owners. 

In his time with Brightway, Adam has helped thousands of Treasure Coast residents find solutions to their home, auto, flood, liability and other insurance related needs.  Adam prides himself on a consultative approach that includes an existing policy review, education and recommendations based on the needs of the customer rather than simply finding the lowest price.

A born and raised Floridian from Orlando, Adam graduated from the University of Central Florida and relocated with his beautiful wife Elizabeth and two daughters to Martin County in 2014.  Adam believes in God and family first, and then makes time for some fun including fishing, boating, playing ice hockey and spending time at the beach and pool with his wife and kids.

Born in West Palm Beach and raised in Martin County, Elizabeth graduated from Martin County High School in 2002 and subsequently graduated from the University of Central with a degree in Sociology. She moved back to Stuart with her husband Adam and two daughters in 2014. 

Elizabeth’s education, work experience and commitment to excellence has made her an exceptional addition to the Hobe Sound Brightway Team and she now leads Customer Service and Policy Processing for the office. 

Elizabeth and Adam have defied the odds as a married couple that can effectively work with one another and through their teamwork have been able to provide an absolutely exceptional experience for each and every client they work with. 

Elizabeth’s true pride and joy, however, comes in the raising of their two daughters, Elissa and Addison in Martin County

Born and raised in Palm City, Florida, Mike graduated from The Pine School in Hobe Sound before attending Florida International University in Miami. After earning his degree, he built a strong foundation in sales, gaining valuable experience in client relationships and personalized service before transitioning into the insurance industry.Now a dedicated member of the Brightway Insurance team, Mike takes a consultative approach to helping clients find the right coverage for their unique needs. His commitment to exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and genuine desire to help others make him a trusted resource for individuals and families throughout the Treasure Coast.Outside of work, Mike is an avid golfer and passionate sports fan. He enjoys living in his hometown of Palm City, where he spends his free time on the golf course, outdoors, and taking advantage of everything the Treasure Coast has to offer. 

Born in Chicago, IL, and raised in St. Lucie County she enlisted in the Army just a few days after turning 18, where she served as a Military Policer officer for 3 years. Since becoming a civilian, she has worked in customer service and business management for over 20 years

Stephany has worked as the Administrator for CTM Customs, the premiere custom truck shop on the treasure coast. She has spent her time there helping to streamline their processes, and assisting the owner in day to day operations. Now that the business has been streamlined, she is able to share her time and talents with Brightway as a part time customer service representative and has been doing so since May of 2024
