Meet Your Moffat Agency Brightway Insurance Team

Raised in Alachua County, Kristy is proud to serve the Gainesville community. With almost 25 years of industry experience, ranging from actuarial work all the way to marketing, she knows her stuff.  Her extensive insurance knowledge helps her find the best solutions for her clients and keep them happy year after year.

In addition to membership in these organizations, Kristy is Past Chair of the Gainesville Area Women's Network (GAWN), and Past President of the North Central Florida Chapter of the CPCU Society. She is a member of Gainesville/Alachua County Association of Realtors (GACAR), Leadership Gainesville Class 44 and Business Network International Chapter 212.  She received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and a Master of Education from the University of Florida.

A Gainesville native, Iain is a dedicated member of the University of Florida community, where he has worked for nearly 20 years. 

He attended the University of Florida where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics. As an avid Gator fan, he can be found at almost every home football and basketball game.

Chris has over ten years' experience in the insurance industry, working on both the insurance carrier and agency sides of the business. He has been a resident of Gainesville for over 30 years.

Chris joined the USMC after graduating high school and went out to see the world, with stops in Okinawa, Guam, and Washington D.C.

He moved back to Gainesville in 2001 and is a proud husband and father of two beautiful children.

When not traveling the state to cheer on his future champion gymnast, you can find him watching sports, playing golf, or building a hot wheels track with the youngest of his two.

Ashanti brings valuable experience to the Moffat Agency as a former legal assistant and dispatcher. With a degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida, she excels in communication and problem-solving. Her professional and educational background allows her to approach challenges with a fresh, customer-focused mindset.

Outside of work, Ashanti enjoys reading and traveling. She’s always eager to learn and grow, both personally and professionally.

Stacy is a dedicated professional with over 25 years of experience in real estate and three years of hands-on expertise in insurance operations. Her extensive background in client service, operations, and strategic sales gives her a unique edge in helping individuals and families find the right coverage to meet their needs.

Stacy brings a results-driven mindset and a passion for building long-term relationships, drawing on decades of experience navigating complex transactions and customer needs.

Outside of her professional life, she enjoys gardening, cooking, traveling,  practicing yoga, and participating in equestrian sports, all of which reflect her commitment to balance, discipline, and continuous growth.

She is the mother of two young men - a firefighter/EMT with Marion County Fire Rescue, and a senior at Buchholz High School.
