A licensed agent in Property & Casualty (220) and Health, Life & Annuities (215), Abigail previously owned and operated her own agency, managed multi-state regional sales for Wright Flood, and provided executive-level operational support early in her career. Her deep expertise in agency management, sales strategy, and relationship building helps ensure The Bayman Family Agency operates with excellence and compliance.
Outside of work, Abby is a proud mother of five and grandmother of seven. She also enjoys the precision and focus of billiards.
Felecia Edwards is from White Plains, NY and currently resides in South Florida. Felecia graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Masters Degree in
Organizational Management/Human Resources Management and a President Club Winner!
Prior to joining Brightway, Felecia had 10 years of experience in the home warranty industry – 10+ years in the insurance industry and various sales, management, and customer service roles with various companies.
Felecia has a son that is a Social Media Director at a Healthcare Company in Scottsdale, AZ and a daughter that is an Army Veteran and now a Flight Attendant in Seattle, WA.
In her free time, she enjoys cooking, dancing, and working out, and of course traveling around the world (she has visited many different countries!).
