Wendy comes from an extensive insurance background, including auto and property claim handling. Vance has a BA in Project Management. She has a masters degree in Accounting.
Wendy is a huge supporter of the local community and supports our military service members in Colorado Springs. Wendy and her husband have three children with one son currently active duty in the Army in Texas.
Vance has a diverse background starting with a career in the U.S. Army. After retiring, he helped USAA develop better procedures for their banking systems, then transitioned into an outdoor field as a mountain bike coach and guide. From here, he developed better systems for multiple organizations to provide a first class experience for their customers.
Vance is a huge supporter of local non-profits working in many of them for over a decade of service. Everything from youth cycling programs to local parks, and national veterans’ organizations. Vance is one of the founding members of Rogue Veterans Mountain Bike Alliance.
