Brightway names Robbie Wilson Employee of the Month for June 2021

JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — Congratulations to Employee of the Month for June 2021, Robbie Wilson!

Wilson is a Quality Control Analyst at Brightway, who helps ensure policies the accuracy of information in the Brightway system. Wilson has been with the company 10 years.

During a virtual ceremony to recognize Wilson, Brightway Quality Assurance Manager, Jenny Petersen, said: “I am so very proud to present Employee of the Month to you, Robbie. I wanted to share some of your recent accomplishments.

“Robbie took the lead on testing our prior policy ID reporting for our Analytics Team. Not only did she do that, but also she wrote the workflow and taught her teammates how to process these updates. She also took lead on testing some of our transaction reporting and again her taught teammates workflow processes. And, she herself, single-handedly processed over 2,000 transactions at the launch of this process, which is a colossal amount of work.

“Robbie has trained our outsource team on reviewing signed applications and other processes that we do on the Quality Team, which has been a huge lift. She has been a go-to person for her teammates and is also there to answer questions.

“I’m so proud of you, and thank you for all that you do for our team.”

Brightway Agency Owner, Maegan Lunte, also had this to say about Wilson, “You took the time to pay attention to detail and made sure the package going over to the client was complete and to their standards. You even managed my fear with matter-of-fact responses, which was perfect.

Brightway launched the Employee of the Month program a year ago to give frequent recognition to employees who do fantastic work. The program recognizes two employees every month.
