Brightway names Gelica Ervin Employee of the Month for January 2021

JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — Congratulations to Employee of the Month for January 2021, Gelica Ervin!

Ervin is a Senior Accounting Analyst at Brightway. In this role, she supports Home Office employees and Agency Owners at Brightway.

During a virtual ceremony to recognize Ervin, Brightway Accounting Commissions Team Lead, Melody Harman, said, “Gelica has been an absolute Rockstar during this period of remote work. There have been multiple tasks that I have sent to her that needed immediate attention, and she has jumped on them and resolved without hesitation.”

Harman continued, “She is a huge asset to the Accounting Department, and I know I speak for multiple people when I say we appreciate her so much!”

Brightway launched the Employee of the Month program in 2020 to give frequent recognition to employees who do fantastic work. The program recognizes two employees every month.

Honorees for the distinction receive a gift and a “thank you” message from Brightway’s Executive Leadership.
